Did you find lockdown hard, struggle with your wellbeing or lose your yoga practice?

Which is why I want to help you get back into yoga again. Or to start yoga if you're a beginner.

But, you find it hard to self-motivate and do yoga on your own at home. And get distracted easily by what's going on around you.

Normally you go to group classes, so doing yoga at home is harder which means you need extra motivation from me, as well as guidance on

  • what to do,
  • how long for,
  • how to do it

This kind of support gives you much more motivation. So you're more likely to roll out your mat, do the yoga you love, and even enjoy developing a healthy routine.

  • 1 x 60 minute beginners hatha for strength and mobility (video)
  • 1 x 60 minute dynamic intermediate hatha flow for strength and mobility (video)
  • 1 x 30 minute pranayama (purifying and calming breath practice) (video)
  • 3 x 60 min guided live beginners hatha classes on Zoom (recorded too, so you can follow later)
  • 3 x 60 min guided live dynamic intermediate hatha flow classes on Zoom (recorded too, so you can follow later)

The earlybird price is £97 and the standard price is £137. This includes:

  1. 4 weeks of structured yoga content, guidance and connection to keep you on track and motivated.
  2. Live classes which are recorded too, so even if you can't make them live, you'll get the video versions too, to follow later.
  3. Get ongoing access and use of all 8 videos (pre-recorded and live classes) after the course ends for as long as you want.
