Then join me for this friendly and welcoming online course.

It's 4 weeks: 4 classes, one a week, with recordings available - where I'll guide you through some of the basic yoga postures as well as how to breathe and focus for better wellbeing.

Even though it's beginners, the class is physical yet will be slower-paced than all-level classes, with plenty of tips and instructions from me.

And even if you've done yoga before, being in a beginners class will cover lots of the basics that you may have missed in an all-levels class.

My aim is for you to

  • build strength, flexibility and mobility.
  • relax, breathe and stretch
  • increase your confidence in how to 'do' yoga
  • make time for yourself
  • enjoy learning yoga in a judgement-free space

When and where

It's a live online 4 week course, on Zoom.

On Sundays 10.35-11.35am GMT.

Recordings available

Recordings of each class will be available so you can catch up in the week if you can't make it live to any of the classes.

Price

The price is £40. A full refund is available if you change your mind after the first class within 24 hours. After this there's no refund. Thanks for understanding.
